Logistics Equipment Operator

A logistics role at GAP Group Ltd. involves hiring out equipment to various sectors, including construction, utilities, and infrastructure. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for transporting and collecting hire equipment from customer sites in an efficient and professional manner.
This is a driving position that requires experience, as you will need to drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving roles, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a full UK driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading, delivering, and collecting hire equipment from customer sites
- Driving responsibility and adherence to traffic laws
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Significant experience working within a driving role delivering and collecting equipment from customer sites
- Full UK driving licence
- Desirable: experience in towing and digital tachograph card
- An understanding of Health & Safety protocols and ability to follow guidelines in the workplace
- Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
