Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Service IT Apprentice at Chalkline Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by understanding clients' IT and business needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to resolve customer problems.
  • Monitoring security queues and ensuring all tickets are updated daily.
  • Escalating tickets where assistance is needed or SLAs may be breached.

Requirements:
  • Good written and phone skills.
  • Understanding of IT systems (no prior experience required).
  • A driver's license and a car would be beneficial but not essential.
