Job Description:

Recruit UK is working with a B Corp firm in Tunbridge Wells to find an experienced Financial Planning Administrator.

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you'll collaborate with Paraplanners, Advisors, and Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client assets and implementing new advice
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client data
  • Regular communication with clients
  • Onboarding new clients and servicing existing ones
  • Preparing and coordinating client meetings
  • Managing a varied workload with exceptional organization and focus

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with:
