Job Title

Apprentice Quality Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in Banbury, focusing on infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the construction delivery teams to ensure the timely handover of project assets.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the delivery of all section-related construction phase quality, assurance, and completions-related activities.
  2. Work closely with the construction delivery teams to balance quality requirements against programme constraints and effective methods of delivery.
  3. Implement quality control and assurance requirements and interventions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. Maintain accurate records of quality and completions data using digital systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related degree.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with digital quality management systems.
Salary and Benefits

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
