Job Title: Precision Joinery Technician

About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Precision Joinery Technician to join our team at Talent Limited in Falmouth, Cornwall. As a key member of our boat assembly process, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality joinery parts and installing them in our vessels.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have experience as a 1st & 2nd fix carpenter, window fitter, shop fitter, or joiner. They will be proficient in a variety of boat building skills and have a proven ability to work with both hand and machine tools. The successful candidate will also have basic knowledge of Health and Safety practices and a Right to Work in the UK.

Requirements:
- Experience as a 1st & 2nd fix carpenter, window fitter, shop fitter, or joiner is preferred
- Right to work in the UK is essential
- Proven competence in a variety of boat building skills
- Strong practical hand skills
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety practices

Salary: Up to £16.50 per hour
