Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Graduate Placement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the agricultural industry while working with a leading manufacturer of Turf and Agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting sales staff and customers with product knowledge and technical expertise
  2. Participating in training programs to develop skills and knowledge
  3. Assisting with consulting customers on optimising performance, reducing costs, operation efficiencies, etc.
  4. Demonstrating, setup and offering general product support for available John Deere technology

Working Environment: You will be based at one of our dealership locations in Dorset, Hampshire or Somerset. You will work closely with our sales staff and customers to provide excellent customer service and technical support.

Training and Development: We offer a comprehensive training program to help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. This includes on-the-job training, manufacturer training, and ongoing support from our experienced staff.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits including 28 days holiday, free parking, and occupational sick pay scheme.
