About the Role:

  • This role involves compounding and dispensing prescribed medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals according to professional standards and practices.
  • The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to all customers and associates.
  • Maintaining a productive work flow in the Pharmacy department is crucial for this position.
  • The incumbent must maintain and enforce all company policies.
  • Ensuring all functions comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compound and dispense medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals according to professional standards and practices.

Requirements:

  • A high degree of professional excellence is required for this role.
  • The ability to stand for long periods of time and lift moderate weights is necessary.
  • Using a team approach in solving problems is essential.
  • Being organized is critical for success in this position.

Education and Licensure:

  • A college degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy is required.
  • A current license from the Board of Pharmacy of state of practice is also required.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
