About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce a new role for a learning support assistant to join our dynamic team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of children with special educational needs in a mainstream primary school setting.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, particularly those with SEN, and eager to develop their career in clinical psychology or related fields. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide individualized support to children with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective support strategies.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, providing valuable insights that inform interventions and care plans.
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing your expertise and contributing to discussions around student progress and strategies for improvement.

Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary package, estimated at £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You can also expect a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career growth within our organization.
