Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join their team in the West Midlands area. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Agent and other team members on various projects, working across sites in the Leicestershire area, and liaising with customers and clients to ensure projects are completed within specification, budget, and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Agent and other team members on projects
  • Work across sites in the Leicestershire area
  • Liaise with customers and clients to ensure projects are completed within specification, budget, and time constraints
  • Set out and survey sites using technical expertise
  • Check drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy
  • Promote quality, health and safety, and environmental standards on site
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of site engineering experience
  • Working knowledge of highways construction
  • Degree/qualification in Civil Engineering or similar field
  • Setting out experience
  • Ability to utilise Total Station equipment
  • CSCS Card
  • EUSR is desired but not essential
  • Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel to sites
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • A willingness to progress within the role
