UK Power Networks is seeking an exceptional Electrical Projects Manager - UK Power Networks to lead our electrical projects team. As a key member of our capital delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-voltage electrical projects across our network. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to take on new challenges and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality constraints. Your technical expertise will enable you to design and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. You will also be expected to provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

We are looking for an experienced manager with a strong background in electrical engineering, preferably with experience in high-voltage systems. You will have a deep understanding of distribution networks and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish. Your expertise will enable you to work effectively with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver results-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners. You will be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. A full driving license and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, MS Project, and other custom software packages are also essential.

This is a permanent position based in Kent, with regular travel around the Capital Programme's SPN portfolio of projects required. We offer a competitive salary of £76,229, plus car allowance and bonus opportunities. To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a relevant safety qualification, such as IOSH or NEBOSH, and have a good understanding of UK Power Networks' directorates and policies.
