The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge in the field of quantity surveying while pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying through day release at a local university. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting clients and the design team, managing project finances, and ensuring that all aspects of the construction process run smoothly.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, reflecting the location in London and the level of responsibility associated with this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your career as a Quantity Surveyor.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cost planning and estimating
  • Preparing tender and contract documents
  • Fund monitoring and due diligence
  • Managing and delivering construction projects
  • Working closely with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers, and Project Managers

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong understanding of MS Office skills.
