Job Title: LVI KeeperAbout the Role:
We are seeking an experienced LVI Keeper to join our team at BIAZA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on husbandry of reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates, focusing on animal welfare, bio-security, record keeping, and exhibit maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- 4+ years of experience working with LVI species in a zoological collection or similar establishment.
- Broad knowledge of herptile husbandry practices and experience in handling and restraint of reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates.
- Experience in installing life support systems.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail for monitoring animal health and welfare.
- Working knowledge of ZIMs and record keeping skills.

- £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
