As a Behaviour Mentor with Long Term Futures Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students who require additional help to reach their academic and personal goals.

Working closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff, you will help identify areas where students may need extra assistance and develop strategies to overcome these challenges. Your primary focus will be on building positive relationships with students, helping them to develop self-confidence and self-esteem, and fostering a sense of belonging within our community.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working with children and young adults, particularly those with emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and respond to complex situations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
