We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Associate Product Control to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of our growth journey, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Salary: £75k per annum

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and reconciliation processes across key trading account balances. They will analyze data from various systems and sources, identifying control gaps and discrepancies. Strong collaboration skills are required to investigate issues with Product, Treasury, and Finance teams, and implement corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, holding a professional finance qualification such as the ACA or equivalent. Practical knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles is essential. With at least 4 years of experience in complex balance sheet reconciliations, they will be able to apply their expertise to ensure timely and accurate reporting of our balance sheet position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional finance qualification (ACA or equivalent)
- 4+ years of experience in complex balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience in a high-volume, dynamic environment within Payments/FinTech or Financial Services
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and data analytics skills
