We are looking for a Sales Growth Manager to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through the development and execution of targeted sales strategies. This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and dynamic work environment where you will have the chance to build relationships, develop new business opportunities, and exceed sales targets.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £110,000+, depending on performance, along with additional benefits such as a company car or £5,000 car allowance, generous quarterly bonuses, and a range of other perks. Our comprehensive industry-knowledge training program ensures that you will have all the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. We also provide full tech equipment, quarterly sales conferences, 22 days holiday, and more.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. You must be confident in a 'consultative', value-based approach to selling and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Previous field-based experience is required for this position.
