Minstrel Court is seeking a Handyman and Refurbishment Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks, including painting, plastering, carpentry, and electrical work.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. They will also be responsible for maintaining gardens and paved areas to ensure they remain tidy and clean.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as identifying areas that require attention and fixing reported items.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Setup Manager to set up new properties quickly and efficiently.
  3. Gather information on maintenance issues originating from guests and communicate this to the Property Manager.
Requirements
  • A basic DBS check is required; this can be obtained after the interview.
  • The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum.
