About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Structural Design Engineer to join our Building Structures department in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out structural analysis and design of building structures and foundations in diverse sectors and scale.

As a Design Structural Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from schools and residential developments to commercial and industrial projects. You will be part of a collaborative team that values individual development, celebrates diversity, and delivers through collective skill and expertise.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in structural engineering, experience in digital and parametric design, and proficiency in structural analysis tools such as Autodesk Robot and Tekla Structures. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex engineering principles in plain language.
