Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Emerging Markets Portfolio Manager to join our client, a boutique investment manager, in a key leadership position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a Global Emerging Market Fund and will play a crucial role in the management of the fund's investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a disciplined investment process to generate alpha and achieve the fund's investment objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth bottom-up analysis to identify investment opportunities and make informed investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain proprietary models and tools to enhance the team's investment analysis capabilities.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the team's investment process and ensure that it remains aligned with the fund's investment objectives.
  • Manage a team of investment professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to meet the fund's investment objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the investment industry as a GEM equity portfolio manager.
  • A proven and positive track record in generating alpha using a disciplined investment process.
