About the Role
We are seeking an overseas qualified dentist to join our team on a full or part-time basis. As a VTE or PVLE dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and support staff to deliver top-quality dental care to our patients.
We will provide full support both before you move to the UK and through the GDC process as well as afterwards when working in practice. Your mentor will be committed to helping you develop and support you through your UK dental career.
How We Can Support You
We can positively contribute to your dental career by providing you with the surgery, equipment, high-quality materials, and a team to help you succeed in the role. We offer a free CPD package and discounts on courses including Invisalign, implant, and facial aesthetics. We also offer access to specialist training such as sedation.
Discounts on postgraduate degrees are available, and we provide opportunities to become foundation dentists trainers or VTE/PLVE mentors. Most of our practices are mixed NHS and private, and we are fully computerized with software of excellence.
Communication is key, so you will have direct contact details to the principal dentist without having to go through a multi-layered management team. We aim to instill a positive, happy working culture and maintain a family feel, offering long-term partnerships to develop your career.

We still operate as independent practices, treating each location as an individual practice while offering support from marketing, area managers, and clinical experts.
