As a Front of House team member, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every customer leaves our inn feeling satisfied and wanting to return. This means being proactive in anticipating customer needs, being responsive to feedback, and consistently delivering high-quality service.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you'll also be responsible for working effectively with the kitchen team, sticking to standards to keep everyone safe, and supporting your colleagues in any way possible.

  • Competitive salary: £9.00 per hour (18-20 years old), £7.50 per hour (Under 18s)
