Skilled Tradesperson

Demob Job Ltd is seeking a Skilled Tradesperson to join our team in Adlington, Lancashire. As a Skilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing machinery on site.

This is a great opportunity to work with a global business that offers an attractive basic salary and benefits package. You will work within a small team of friendly engineers, and your role will involve working Monday to Friday only.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair manufacturing machinery on site.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes of problems.
* Collaborate with other engineers to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:
* Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship program and hold a mechanical qualification to level 3 as a minimum.
* Ability to work with drives, motors, pumps, pneumatic, hydraulics, conveyors, rollers.
* Knowledge of PUWER.
* Have strong mechanical and electrical fault finding and diagnostic experience.
* Previous experience working on PLC's would be beneficial.
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering diagrams and schematics.
* Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
* IT Literate.

Benefits:
* Attractive basic Salary (£30,000 - £40,000 per annum).
* Working Monday to Friday only.
