IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analyst to join our GMP Equalisation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in equalising pensions for their scheme members.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with client data to understand member information and requirements.
- Review and analyse complex calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide written advice to clients on GMP equalisation topics.
- Communicate results to client teams and support them throughout the project.
- Liaise regularly with the GMP team, client team, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Participate in specialist research and development teams to drive innovation and improvement.
- Train and mentor junior colleagues to develop their actuarial skills.
Requirements
- Strong interest in actuarial concepts, pensions industry, and financial landscape.
