  • Manage the performance of tradespeople, providing feedback and coaching to support development.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of building maintenance principles and practices in the social housing sector.
  • Proven experience in supervising teams and managing repair operations.
  • Familiarity with mobile device use and technology integration in workflow management.
  • Essential qualifications include SSSTS and a trade qualification in Plastering, Plumbing, Carpentry, Bricklaying, Groundworks, or Roofing.
