About the Role: As a Seating & Restraints Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing technical projects related to seating and restraints, working closely with the body interior team and global supplier base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage technical projects from styling feasibility to series production, ensuring timely delivery of seats and restraints.
  2. Collaborate with the concept, styling, and purchasing teams to deliver new features on time, within budget, and to quality specifications.
  3. Develop and maintain technical relationships with suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  4. Manage and deliver DFMEA, engineering statements of work, engineering release, concerns resolution, and DVP.

Requirements:

  1. CATIA V5 2D/3D skills.
  2. Previous experience in OEM or tier one in technical delivery in the automotive industry.
  3. Materials knowledge with a basic understanding of metal, foam, plastics, and composites.
