About the Role

We require a RICS Chartered Surveyor with substantial experience in building surveying, preferably within a consultancy environment. Your strong leadership and team management skills will enable you to motivate and inspire others to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and manage a variety of professional surveying works, including condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and building surveys.
  2. Focusing on professional building surveying instructions (LTA's, dilapidations, RCA's, contracts administration etc.) within various key sectors such as industrial, offices, retail, and some residential.
  3. Lead and mentor a dynamic team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for project inquiries and updates.
  5. Identify business development opportunities and contribute to our firm's growth strategy.
  6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for complex projects.
