Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Lead Business Analyst and a proven track record of working with Salesforce. They will have a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle within Financial Services and be familiar with various methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain business requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions
- Provide expertise in Salesforce and other relevant technologies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst within Financial Services
- Expertise in Salesforce and other relevant technologies
- Operational design and process re-engineering experience
- Highly desirable qualifications: Business Analysis (ISEB, Lean/Six Sigma) and Project Management (Prince 2)
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business Analysis certifications (ISEB, Lean/Six Sigma)
- Project Management certifications (Prince 2)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
