We have offices in Warrington, Bournemouth, and Coventry, with exciting opportunities for career development following our acquisition by People2.0, a global company specializing in workforce management solutions and global employment services.

Our Coventry office is easily accessible by car and an 8-minute walk from the nearest train station. We offer hybrid working, with a minimum requirement of 2 days in the office and the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. During an initial training period, you'll be in the office full-time for team integration and peer training.

As a Mortgage Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice to clients on their mortgage and protection needs.
  • Staying up-to-date with mortgage and protection products and available providers.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including disclosure, costs of services, and advised products.
  • Staying informed about changes in legislation affecting the Freelance Contractor and Interim Manager industry sector.
  • Taking ownership of client solutions, including adjudication with internal departments.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 qualifications.
  • At least 1 year's experience in providing mortgage advice and services.
  • Previous experience working in a compliance-regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products.
  • High-level numeracy skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
