About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our New Options Autism School in Suffolk, UK. As an SEN Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive learning environment for students with complex educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tailor teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students with autism and SEMH.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote student achievement and progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective education program.
Requirements:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with autism, SEMH, and complex additional needs.
  • Ability to plan and deliver creative, fun, and interactive lessons.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary up to £42,200 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.
  • A permanent, term-time only contract.
