This exciting opportunity at Pro-Tax Recruitment Limited is for an experienced Charities and Not-for-Profit Audit Manager to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of clients in the charity and not-for-profit sectors, ensuring high-quality audit services. They will lead and develop a team of audit professionals, including Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Trainees, and utilize Caseware software for audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Audits: Oversee a portfolio of clients in the charity and not-for-profit sectors.
  • Lead a Team: Supervise and mentor a team of audit professionals.
  • Audit and Accounts Split: The role typically involves 70-80% audit and 20-30% accounts/tax work.
  • Software Utilization: Use Caseware software for audit procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing audits within the charities and not-for-profit sectors.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and develop a team of audit professionals.
  • Client Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Caseware and audit standards relevant to FRS102 and IFRS.
