Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage risks and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful long-term integration of acquired companies.
  • Provide clear guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of the Legal Entity Rationalisation (LER) program.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across Tax, Controllership, Legal, HR, Sales Support, and third-party advisors to gain deep insights into the business.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven program management experience, ideally within a large multinational company.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, with a PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Finance or Tax qualification/part-qualification is an advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, paired with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the capability to compile and present detailed reports to senior leadership.
