Key Responsibilities

">
  • Deliver formal verification activities related to a GPU component or sub-system from early stages to sign-off.
  • Design and implement formal verification strategies to achieve design quality goals.
  • Collaborate with engineers to root-cause design issues.
  • Research new formal verification techniques and drive the scope of achievable outcomes.
  • Create verification plans, develop methodologies, and maintain complex benches.
  • Track and report verification metrics and closure.
  • Participate in all stages of design specification definition, providing feedback from the verification perspective.
  • Define, estimate, and track your own work.
  • Influence and advance our GPU verification methodology.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor other team members.
  • Participate in design and verification reviews, recommending improvements.
  • Contribute to shared knowledge through open discussions and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Good knowledge of Formal Verification concepts, methodology, and tools.
  • Experience in deploying Formal Verification on complex micro-architectures.
  • Able to create bespoke techniques for exhaustive proofs and deep bug-hunting.
  • Exposure to advanced Formal Verification techniques like abstractions, invariants, SEC, etc.
  • Familiarity with complex standard bus protocols and ABVIP integration.
  • Knowledge of ASIC design methodologies, flows, and tools.
  • Able to plan, estimate, and track your own work.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
