Senior Estimator Expert

About the Role:
">Company OverviewWe are a leading Main Contractor with a strong presence in the industry, delivering projects ranging from £500k to £20m.
Our company is built on a foundation of trust, reliability, and expertise, with a focus on providing high-quality solutions to our clients.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £80,000 - £115,000 per annum, plus a competitive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and ensure accurate estimations.
- Analyse and interpret data, such as measurements, blueprints, and specifications, to accurately determine project scope and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability of resources.
- Price the work accurately by evaluating the cost of labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project-related expenses.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in estimation and project management, with a strong understanding of standard forms of contract, including JCT.
Able to manage a high volume of workload and have a flexible approach, the successful candidate will be able to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
