We are seeking a candidate who can carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance work, with experience in installing and maintaining all aspects of wiring in domestic, commercial, and industrial properties.

The successful candidate will be able to problem solve effectively, communicate well with staff, managers, and customers, and make decisions on how to carry out effective repairs or renewals.

The role offers a competitive salary of £28,274 - £35,271 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits such as company vehicle and fuel card, power tools, company uniform/PPE, company tablet, flexible working options, generous annual leave entitlement, local government pension scheme, employee online discount scheme, health and wellbeing support, and sustainable travel options.

We pride ourselves on providing quality housing and repairs for our tenants. The team works on a grading approach depending on experience, with opportunities for training and development.

This is a full-time (37hrs per week, Monday to Friday) and permanent role, with standby and overtime opportunities available. Candidates must have a full driving licence.

Key responsibilities include carrying out electrical duties, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and working at heights, outdoors, and in all weathers.
