About the Role:

We are recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HGV driver to join our waste management team. As a Refuse Collection Operative, you will be responsible for collecting domestic waste from various locations using a refuse wagon.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is comfortable operating heavy machinery. You will be part of a close-knit team and will have the support of experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect domestic waste from various locations
  • Operate a refuse wagon safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of collections

Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license
  • A valid CPC card
  • A valid Digi Tacho card
  • At least one year of commercial driving experience

Salary: £13.18 per hour for the first 8 hours, increasing to £14.21 after the probation period. Overtime rates stand at £19.77.
