About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Leisure Receptionist to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring our guests have everything they need and that enquiries are dealt with effectively.
  • Meet and greet guests, take bookings, and introduce new people to the club.
  • Resolve queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the leisure and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
