About the Role
The Hana Group is seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift. You will also accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment
- Able to clean the workspace and storerooms as required
- Be organised
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic with the ability to demonstrate initiative. You should be flexible with a 'can do' attitude and always happy to help customers with a smile. You will also be able to work as part of a team or on your own whilst maintaining high standards at all times.
