About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of vulnerable adults. You will be responsible for leading the team in implementing proactive outreach strategies to engage with individuals involved in sex work, providing holistic support, and fostering strategic alliances with city-wide services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive outreach strategies to engage with individuals involved in sex work.
  • Champion a holistic, flexible, and trauma-informed service delivery model that acknowledges the complex socio-economic challenges faced by sex workers.
  • Foster strategic alliances with city-wide services to enhance safety, reduce risks associated with sex work and substance use, and improve overall health and social outcomes.
  • Ensure the delivery of tailored, person-centred, and wraparound support by working closely with key agencies.
  • Facilitate access to inpatient detoxification and residential rehabilitation services for those wishing to pursue recovery.
About You

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience in substance misuse, mental health support, working with sex workers, or domestic violence. Ideally, you will have a strong background in health and social care, with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
