Job Description: As a Mechanical Engineer with our client, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their facilities management business. You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, identifying and resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of your work. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the growth and development of the business, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities and Requirements: Key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities and reactive maintenance tasks">
  • Maintaining accurate records of your work, including documentation and reports">
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues using diagnostic equipment and career knowledge">
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines and regulations">
  • Dealing with emergencies and unplanned problems in a professional and timely manner">
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives">

About You: To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer within a commercial environment. Key skills and qualifications include experience with BMS systems, excellent fault-finding skills, a full driving licence, and a Level 3 qualification. You will also need to be able to work independently under minimum supervision.

What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, life insurance, and a range of training and development opportunities.
