Job Description

Hotpoint, a leading household appliance brand, is offering a unique opportunity to train, qualify, and work as a Trainee Field Service Engineer. This role is ideal for individuals with an interest in electronics, mechanics, or engineering, who enjoy being on the road and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Field-based role driving a company van to attend customers' homes.
  2. Carrying out repairs, diagnosis, and testing of domestic appliances.
  3. Product promotion and customer service.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent customer service skills, energetic, driven, and attention to detail.
  2. Right to work in the UK and full manual UK driving license.
  3. Electrical, mechanical, and engineering knowledge is highly desirable.

  2. Shadowing an experienced engineer in the field to gain hands-on experience.
