We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our efficiency programme, working closely with the Programme Director and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the work of project managers, providing strategic guidance and support to achieve programme objectives.
- Develop and implement large-scale quality and cost improvement plans, working closely with teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure programme delivery within budget.
- Provide clear programme management support, promoting the Trust's vision, strategic aims, and values.
- Educated to Master's degree level or equivalent, with relevant project management qualifications and experience.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering large-scale projects, with a focus on quality and cost improvement.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
