Role Overview

As an Optometrist Store Manager at Vision Express, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Vision Express store, while providing Optometry services to our customers. You will work with cutting-edge technology, including Automated refraction, non-contact tonometry, and Automated Phoropters, to name a few.

You will lead a team of Optometrists and Retail colleagues, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining profitability of the store. You will work closely with the Regional Manager, Store Support Centre colleagues, and your in-store team to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Optometrists and Retail colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Manage inventory and maintain profitability of the store
