Clinical Leader - Mental Health Hospital
Salary: £60,000-£80,000 per annum
40 hours per week
At Willing Care Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leader to join our team at a leading mental health hospital. In this role, you will work closely with the Hospital Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and operational performance.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong understanding of mental health care and a passion for advancing patient outcomes. You bring proven expertise in managing complex healthcare settings, as well as excellent strategic and operational skills that support continuous improvement and exceptional care.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a management role within a mental health hospital/setting, such as Ward Manager or Deputy Hospital Director.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of Care Quality Commission standards and experience implementing practice improvements based on feedback.
- Patient Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding clinical quality and advancing patient care through evidence-based practices.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the Hospital Manager to implement and advance the hospital's objectives.
- Compliance: Uphold the hospital's compliance with Care Quality Commission standards, regulatory guidelines, and statutory requirements.
