About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Megan's Restaurants. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing restaurant team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Manage and control restaurant margins, ensuring that costs are minimized and revenue is maximized.
  • Train, inspire, and develop a happy and motivated team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
