Cost Manager/PQS/Quantity Surveyor - Renewable Energy

We are seeking a skilled Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Cost Manager, you will be responsible for administering contracts, providing accurate project cost monitoring, and collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject, hold or be working towards a professional body membership, and have experience with contract management, particularly with NEC3, Option C. You will also have a proven track record of delivering projects in the Power sector, with experience in Distribution, Transmission, and Renewables.

As a Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend Group, you will have the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, develop your consultancy skills, and diversify your sector experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
  • Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Managing contract change effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • Hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.
  • Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred).
