Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Science Teacher/Instructor to join our team in Chelmsford. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics, tailored to the needs of students across various age groups.

Key Duties:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of students.
  • Use innovative teaching methods and practical demonstrations to enhance student understanding and engagement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging curriculum materials and projects.
Requirements:
  • A recognized teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) and a degree in a scientific discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in teaching science at the secondary level.
  • Profound knowledge in Science (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics).
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
