Sustainability Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are ASOS, a global online fashion retailer dedicated to making sustainable fashion accessible to everyone. We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team.
Job Description:This is a critical role in driving sustainability across our product development process. You will work closely with our Product Sustainability Partner to develop and implement sustainable material guidelines for non-clothing products, such as footwear and accessories.
- You will be the point of contact for specific buying teams, providing technical support and training on sustainable materials and processes.
- Work with our Product Sustainability Partner to investigate new innovations and certifications across multiple product areas.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to review and approve marketing copy related to sustainable products.
- Support the development of new policies and processes to drive delivery of sustainable practices throughout the business.

Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working in commercial/buying teams, preferably in the retail fashion sector.
- Robust project management skills and experience.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or sustainability.
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes employee discounts, private medical care scheme, and flexible benefits allowance.
