The Role:

This Estate Agency in North London is looking for a Sales Negotiator or someone looking to become one. The ideal candidate is a team player who cares about delivering great customer service, has strong communication skills, and organises their time well.

As a Sales Negotiator at this multi-branched estate agent, you will be responsible for vetting and registering new applicants, organising and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales, and helping the sales team where needed.

What to Expect:
• Vet and register new applicants
• Organise and conduct viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Progress sales
• Help the sales team where needed

Package:
• £20k-£25k basic salary and £40k OTE in year one
• Three-month guarantee
• Travel costs covered
• Five-day working week with one day in lieu for Saturdays worked
• 21 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
• Team socials and a supportive team environment
