Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at The Sterling Choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product quality and compliance within a manufacturing or food production environment.
  • Handle and log customer complaints, conduct internal audits, and calibrate key QA equipment.
  • Perform product testing, including ATP and microbiological tests, to ensure processing equipment meets safety standards.
  • Manage stock releases, raise purchase orders for consumables, and support audits by creating internal audit packs and assisting in closing out non-conformances.
  • Implement new technical systems and conduct traceability exercises.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to deputize for QA specialists or technical officers during breaks, holidays, or sickness, which may involve shift work.
  • Ability to send finished product samples to external labs and handle other tasks assigned by your supervisor or manager.
