Job Title: Ward Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Ward Manager to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to male patients aged 18+ in our rehabilitation unit.

About the Role:
  • Lead the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care and support recovery.
  • Supervise staff, manage on-call services, and oversee ward budgets to ensure effective healthcare delivery.
  • Provide clinical leadership and maintain high care standards, promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Guide and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD trained) and NMC registration.
  • A positive attitude, natural caring and compassionate nature, and a commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
  • Relevant experience in a similar environment and proven leadership skills.
