Job Summary:

CapeClarke is seeking a skilled Residential Real Estate Lawyer to join our growing team in London. As a mid-level associate, you will specialize in residential real estate matters, working with both UK and international clients on property management and sale/purchase transactions.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with a solid foundation in real estate law to take a step up to a bigger firm with higher value transactions. You will have the chance to work on a range of complex property deals, developing your expertise and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting due diligence on property transactions

• Drafting and reviewing contracts

• Advising clients on property law and regulations

• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in a real estate team at a law firm

• Strong knowledge of property law and regulations

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
